Registration fee for individuals outside of the Czech Republic: 100,- Euro.
(Registration fee includes set of glass slides with seminar cases, 1 social evening, 2x dinner, 2x lunch.)
The day before the meeting, on the 12th June, there will be organized a sommelier minicourse “Wines of the Austrian-Hungarian Empire” held by the best Czech sommelier Ivo Dvořák (in English). The fee for the minicourse is 50,- Euro.

For registered foreign guests we offer individual transportation from/to Prague, Wienna or Bratislava airport for 50 Euro/person (both trips from/to airport), provided the exact flight information (flight number, date and time of arrival/departure) are supplied by a registered participant by May 25, 2014 at the latest. Please send you flight details to kratochvilova@medima.cz.
Accommodation is not provided by the organizers, however the whole hotel Galant is booked for our meeting. All participants are kindly asked to make booking by themselves directly on the web-site www.galant.cz. Accommodation could be booked on the following web-sites: Hotel Vivaldi, Penzion u sv. Urbana. All above mentioned hotels and hostels are located in a walking distance from the meeting site.
Meeting fee will not be refunded after payment. For cancellation policy of the hotels, please, contact the web-sites of Hotel Galant or of the proposed hotels and hostels.
